Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 July 2026
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Airport to Downtown ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visithttps://airporttodowntown.com (the "Site").
If you have any questions, contact us atsupport@copepilot.com. The party responsible for your data ("data controller" under GDPR) is the Airport to Downtown team, reachable at that address.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. If you contact us (for example, by email), we receive whatever you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and message.
Information collected automatically. Like almost every website, when you visit we automatically receive certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you view, the site you came from, and the date and time of your visit.
Cookies and similar technologies. We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to make the Site work and — with your consent — to show advertising. See Section 6 for details and how to control them.
We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not sell products directly on this Site.
3. How we use information
- operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- understand which routes and pages are most useful so we can improve our content;
- respond to messages you send us;
- display advertising that helps keep the Site free (only where you have consented, where consent is required);
- comply with legal obligations.
4. Advertising and third-party partners
This Site is supported by advertising. To show ads, we work with third-party advertising partners — primarily Google, through its AdSense program.
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising by Google by visitingGoogle's Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising from many other vendors ataboutads.info/choices (US) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU).
- Where the law requires consent (for example, in the EEA/UK/Switzerland), advertising cookies are only set after you agree in the consent message shown on your first visit. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
For more on how Google handles data on sites that use its services, seepolicies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
5. Analytics
We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool to understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate (for example, which route pages are most popular and which sites refer visitors to us). It does not set cookies, does not store personal profiles, and does not track you across other websites.
6. Cookies
What cookies are. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences and help our advertising partners understand how their ads perform.
The categories used on this Site:
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (for example, remembering your consent choice). Always active; no consent required.
- Advertising — used by our advertising partners (Google) to show and measure ads. Set only with your consent where required.
Your control. Where consent is required, your first visit shows a consent message (provided by Google's certified consent management platform) where you can accept or decline. You can change your choice at any time via the"Privacy settings" link in the footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as intended if you do.
7. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK visitors)
- Consent — for advertising cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — for operating and securing the Site and understanding general usage in a privacy-respecting way, where this does not override your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we must process data to comply with the law.
8. Your privacy rights (EEA/UK)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; and request portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us atsupport@copepilot.com.
9. Your privacy rights (California)
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (which, under California law, can include the use of advertising cookies). We do not sell your personal information for money. To opt out of personalized advertising, use the controls in Section 4 or the "Privacy settings" link in the footer. To make a request, email us at support@copepilot.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
10. Data retention
We keep automatically collected technical data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Data held by our third-party partners (such as Google) is retained according to their own policies, linked above. Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to respond and for our records.
11. International data transfers
Our partners may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, those partners rely on legally recognized safeguards (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.
12. Children's privacy
This Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Links to other sites
The Site links to third-party websites (for example, transit operators and map providers). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
14. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through the Site. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
